Here at MonkeyGallery, we don’t like lawyers very much,
so we’ve tried to keep this as simple as possible.

The owners and operators of MonkeyGallery.com, its affiliates and
suppliers are referred to as “us”, “we” or “our”. “you” or “your” refer to
users of MonkeyGallery.

Content refers to Photos, Movies, Text and any materials submitted by you.

Services refer to hosting, support and related services.

Users pay no subscriptions or fees of any type.

Your friends and family don’t need to sign up to view your MonkeyGallery,
and they will never need to.

There is no advertising on MonkeyGallery, and there never will be
(unless someone like Google gives us a large suitcase full of cash).

You can have as many Photos and Movies as you like on MonkeyGallery.
There are no limits to the amount of traffic (the number of people who view your MonkeyGallery).

If you’re having Tom Cruise’s love child, and want to post 50,000 Movies of the birth, your MonkeyGallery could become so busy it affects the performance of other user’s galleries. In that situation we will have to work with you to reduce your usage or to increase our infrastructure.

We have taken all reasonable steps to keep your Content safe. All Content is stored in on two hard drives online and backed up to two physically separate offline locations. If somehow all four of those hard drives are damaged or destroyed, you're not allowed to sue us.

Albums marked as Secure, are only shown to people who enter the Albums password. The individual Movies and Photos within a secured Album may be viewed by guessing the full URL to the individual files. Please don’t upload anything that you want to keep truly secure (so no naked photos!).

Any pornographic, defamatory or otherwise objectionable Content will be removed. Depending on the severity of the Content, your account may be closed.

You own, and retain the copyright to all Content that you supply. We own all other design, software, and intellectual property associated with MonkeyGallery.

MonkeyGallery is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantees or warranties to the operation of this Service and availability of Content.

We promise to never give out your email address or any other details, to anyone, ever.

The laws of New Zealand govern this agreement. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of New Zealand, and knowingly waive any objection that the New Zealand Courts do not have personal jurisdiction or that the courts are an improper forum, or not a convenient forum.

No monkeys, cats or hobbits were harmed during the making of this site. All hobbits involved in the creation of this site were fed very well.
